Atlas Nevada, 3 bedroom, (6 berth)  caravan located in the village of Portnockie, Buckie, Banffshire, AB 564 NE.  The caravan has been completely decorated throughout with carpets in bedrooms and lino in shower room/toilet, hall and kitchen area., Sale includes the following:-  Double Mattress and bed - new last year., Corner Suite with recliner & usb ports., Fridge, table & chairs, New curtains and blinds throughout., Outside shed and adjacent storage box., Fencing & skirting around caravan as shown in photos., , Heating consist of a gas fire in the lounge area and warm air heating throughout, (never used), only used additional electric heaters which will be included in the sale. A wall hung boiler is used for hot water., The site is called Mellody Brooks and is dog friendly. Fees at present are £2150.00/season which runs from the 1st  March to the 31st October and in addition any electric used is also billed in March for the previous seasons use., Caravans on the site are not subjected to any age restriction as long as they are kept in a reasonable condition., The camp site is located a 5 min' walk from a fish and chip shop, Chinese take away, two pubs, and local store, in the other direction is a 5 min' walk to Cullen 18 hole golf course and Cullen beach which is a long beach leading up to cullen and the golf club which has a lovely seating area outside next to the beach., , Cost for the caravan would be £12,500.00 , Fees have been paid this March and would be due in March next year in addition to any electric used., , , , , , , , , ,
